(hereinafter referred to as "Jin Kai New Energy"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company, Jin Kai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jin Kai Limited"), and the Xinjiang Branch of the National Supercomputing Guangzhou Center (Xinjiang Western Digital Technology Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as "Western Digital"), to sign a cooperation framework agreement.
